Comments: Brad and crew were terrific. They all worked very hard and the dealers and equipment were first rate. One issue - when the highest winner declined to accept the prize (he is a partner with a home already in Rocky Point) the staff placed the prize into the raffle which was directly against my instructions. They really should have checked with me first, since the person who would have won now needs to be placated by an additional prize. I was right there and am not sure why the switch was made without discussion. I still think they did a great job and without this one item would have been perfect. Thanks for your consideration.

I especially appreciated the dealers' knowledge of the rules for Craps and that the customer service center contacted me before and after my event. Sue's comments: David was polite, efficient and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and if we had any questions he dealt with them quickly and to best suit us.
This is the third year we have put on this fundraising event, but the first time we have used Casino World. We had numerous problems with the earlier companies we used, but Casino World was professional and obviously well experienced in gaming events from our first contact with Ashley to the end of our fundraising night. A big 'thank you' to you all.

Karla's comments: All enjoyed the event and said they had a lot of fun. Jeff, Nick and the other dealers were both pleasant and helpful with the exception of the Blackjack dealer. She was neither particularly pleasant nor helpful. Her attitude and demeanor toward the players seemed more typical of a high-stakes dealer rather than just letting folks learn a little about the game and have fun.
